Pre-employment medical assessments

We assess whether individuals are medically fit for the proposed post and advise on any adjustments that may be necessary to help individuals manage in their new post.

Sickness and absence management

We assess the underlying reasons for employees sickness absence, whether repeat short term episodes or long term sickness absence. We will advise on strategies for rehabilitating employees back to work where possible.

Health surveillance

We offer a range of health surveillance programmes for individuals exposed to particular hazards e.g. respiratory sensitizers. We can offer on site health surveillance where appropriate.

Health screening

We offer periodic medicals to organisations to ensure their employees remain fit for post and offer appropriate lifestyle advice.
